English (Rental conditions)


  • The rental price is the price indicated and accepted in the rental agreement.
  • Check-in: 13:00

  • The deposit will be refunded after departure, inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
  • Final cleaning: 80.00 €
  • Extra baby furniture can be rented.
  • One package of linen + one package of towels included per week
  • Extra linen package available (extra cost 10 €).

  • Use of the common washing machine (supplement of 5 € / machine)
  • Use of drying cabinet (extra cost of 5 € / machine)
  • The outdoor lighting is switched off at 23.00.

2) the tenant

  • The tenant accepts and acts in accordance with the standards and values ​​that apply within the building community.
  • Undertakes to read the house rules.

The tenants are deemed:

  • Payments that have already been made will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
