1) IN GENERAL
- The rental price is the price indicated and accepted in the rental agreement.

- The deposit will be refunded after departure, inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Final cleaning: 80.00 €
- Extra baby furniture can be rented.
- One package of linen + one package of towels included per week
- Extra linen package available (extra cost 10 €).
- Extra towels (extra cost 10 €).
- Use of the common washing machine (supplement of 5 € / machine)
- Use of drying cabinet (extra cost of 5 € / machine)
- The outdoor lighting is switched off at 23.00.
2) the tenant
- The tenant accepts and acts in accordance with the standards and values that apply within the building community.
- Undertakes to read the house rules.
- When signing the agreement, the tenants accept the house rules and declare to behave according to these rules.
The tenants are deemed:
- Not to cause unnecessary noise.
- Not to play loud music on the premises and in the house.
- To manage the rented property as a good father.
- To transfer the apartment clean and tidy at the end of their holiday.
- Personal accident, theft, lost property, damage to third parties, etc. during the stay of the tenant and his companions are not the responsibility of the owner.
3) THE OWNERS
- are not responsible for personal, physical and / or material damage.
- The rented accommodation can not be occupied by more people than indicated in the contract.
- Even if unused beds are available.
- For each additional guest you must obtain written permission from the owners.
- A surcharge per person per night will be paid for each additional guest.
- Small pets are allowed with prior notice and written permission from the owners, at an extra fee per pet per night.
Pets must be kept on a leash and serve their needs outside the estate.
5) THE RESERVATION
Is final after receipt of:
- The fully signed agreement
- Receipt of the deposit on our account
- The Balance and the deposit must be paid 10 days before arrival
- Payments that have already been made will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
- You can personally take out cancellation insurance with your broker on the basis of the signed contract.
